You will need the following tools:
- Flathead screwdriver
- Phillips head screwdriver
- 10mm socket
- 14mm socket
- Oil drain pan
- New oil filter (optional)
Instructions
1. Disconnect negative terminal on the battery
2. Drain the oil from the oil pan using the oil drain plug
3. Remove the front driver's side wheel
4. Remove inner fender liner
5. Locate the oil pan, it is located under the engine
6. Remove the 10 mm bolts around the perimeter of the oil pan
7. Gently pry the oil pan off of the engine using the flathead screwdriver. Be careful not to damage the oil pan gasket
7. Remove the oil pan
8. Remove and replace the oil pan gasket.
9. Reinstall the oil pan in reverse order of removal
10. Top off the engine oil to the recommended level.
11. Reconnect negative terminal on the battery
12. Check for leaks.
