Instructions:

1. Make sure the engine is cool and the vehicle is parked in a level position. Turn off the engine. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent electrical shock.

2. Park the vehicle on a level surface. Turn off the engine and allow to cool. Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent accidental electrical shock.

3. Locate the heater core. The heater core is usually located behind the dashboard on the passenger side of the vehicle. On the Corsica, it's located behind the glove box.

4. Remove the glove box. Open the glove box, then remove the screws holding it in place. Once the screws are removed, the glove box can be pulled out.

5. Remove the heater core cover. The heater core cover is usually held in place by a few screws. Once the screws are removed, the heater core cover can be pulled off.

6. Remove the old heater core. The old heater core is usually held in place by a few bolts. Once the bolts are removed, the heater core can be taken out.

7. Clean out the heater core housing. Before installing the new heater core, clean out the housing to remove any dirt or debris.

8. Install the new heater core seals. The new heater core seals should be installed on both sides of the new heater core.

9. Install the new heater core. Insert the new heater core into the housing and secure it with the bolts.

10. Install the heater core cover. The heater core cover can now be installed and secured with screws.

11. Install the glove box. The glove box can now be reinstalled and secured with the screws.

12. Refill the coolant. The coolant can be refilled through the radiator cap. Add enough coolant to fill the radiator and the overflow reservoir.

13. Reconnect the negative battery terminal.

14. Turn the engine on and let it run for a few minutes. Check for any leaks from the heater core seals. If there are no leaks, reattach the glove box and you're done!
