The interior fuse box on a 2003 Chrysler Town and Country is located on the passenger side/left (LH) of the dashboard, and it should be behind a cover, there. This is the main fuse box of the Town and Country.
1. Open the passenger or left side rear (LH) side storage compartment under the instrument panel.
2. Pull the lower panel of the compartment down gently to remove it.
