Programming Steps:
1. Locate the Diagnostic Link Connector (DLC) in your vehicle. It's usually under the dashboard, near the driver's footwell.
2. Connect the scan tool to the DLC using the appropriate cable.
3. Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position (do not start the engine).
