Can anyone tell me where the horn is under hood of a 1998 Chevy Prizm?

There is no horn located under the hood of a 1998 Preism. The horns on this vehicle are located behind the front fascia on the passenger side. Follow these steps to access them:

1. Remove the inner fender liner.

2. Locate the horn bracket with two horns attached.

3. Disconnect the electrical connectors using a flathead screwdriver.

4. Remove the retaining bolts using a socket and ratchet.

5. Remove the horns from the vehicle.
