1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Remove the steering wheel.
3. Remove the instrument panel cluster.
4. Remove the radio.
5. Remove the center console.
6. Remove the glove box.
7. Remove the passenger-side airbag.
8. Remove the dashboard.
Here are the detailed instructions for each step:
1. Disconnect the battery. This will prevent any electrical accidents from happening while you are working on the dashboard. To disconnect the battery, simply loosen the negative terminal bolt and remove the cable.
2. Remove the steering wheel. To remove the steering wheel, you will need a steering wheel puller. Place the steering wheel puller on the steering wheel and turn the screw until the steering wheel pops off.
3. Remove the instrument panel cluster. The instrument panel cluster is held in place by several screws. Remove the screws and carefully pull the instrument panel cluster out of the dashboard.

Once the dashboard is removed, you will be able to access the light bulb and replace it. To replace the light bulb, simply twist the old bulb counterclockwise and remove it. Then, insert the new bulb and twist it clockwise to secure it in place.
