1. The starter is located on the passenger side of the engine, near the top.
2. It is mounted to the bottom of the intake manifold.
3. The starter has two electrical connections: a large positive cable and a small solenoid wire.
4. The positive cable is connected to the battery.
5. The solenoid wire is connected to the ignition switch.
6. When you turn the key in the ignition, the solenoid wire sends power to the starter.
7. This causes the starter to engage with the flywheel and start the engine.
8. To remove the starter, you will need to remove the upper intake manifold.
9. Once the intake manifold is removed, you will be able to see the starter.
10. Disconnect the electrical connections and then remove the mounting bolts.
11. You can then remove the starter from the vehicle.
