Step 1: Prepare the Boost Gauge Installation:

Step 3: Locate the Intake Manifold:
1. Identify the intake manifold in your engine compartment. It's usually made of metal or plastic and connected to the throttle body and air intake.

1. To connect your boost gauge, you'll need to install a T-fitting between the intake manifold and one of the vacuum lines.

2. Use the provided mounting brackets or zip ties to securely mount the boost gauge in place.
Step 7: Wiring Connections:
1. Identify the power and ground wires coming out of your boost gauge.
2. Connect the power wire to a constant 12V source. This could be achieved by tapping into an ignition wire or by connecting to the fuse box.
3. Connect the ground wire to a suitable ground point on the chassis.
Step 8: Connect to Vacuum Line:
1. Connect the other end of the vacuum line that you routed from the T-fitting to the vacuum fitting on the boost gauge.
Step 9: Test the Gauge:
1. Start your MR2's engine and check if the boost gauge is showing the correct readings as you accelerate and decelerate.
Step 10: Secure and Tidy Up:
1. Secure all wires and vacuum lines using zip ties or electrical tape.
2. Double-check all connections and make sure everything is properly secured.
Step 11: Finalize the Installation:
1. Turn off your engine and clean up the installation area if needed.
