1. Gather the necessary tools and materials.
- Phillips head screwdriver
- Flat head screwdriver
- New speakers
- Speaker wire
- Speaker connectors
- Wire strippers
- Electrical tape
2. Remove the rear seat.
- Pull up on the front of the seat to disengage it from the clips.
- Slide the seat forward and remove it from the truck.
3. Remove the speaker covers.
- Use a flat head screwdriver to pry up on the speaker covers.
- Be careful not to damage the covers.
4. Disconnect the speaker wires.
- Use a Phillips head screwdriver to loosen the screws that hold the speaker wires in place.
- Disconnect the speaker wires from the speakers.
5. Remove the old speakers.
- Use a Phillips head screwdriver to loosen the screws that hold the speakers in place.
- Remove the speakers from the truck.
6. Install the new speakers.
- Place the new speakers in the speaker holes.
- Secure the speakers with the screws that you removed in step 5.
7. Connect the speaker wires.
- Connect the speaker wires to the speakers.
- Use the speaker connectors to secure the wires.
8. Test the speakers.
- Turn on the radio and test the speakers.
- Make sure that the speakers are working properly.
9. Reinstall the speaker covers.
- Snap the speaker covers back into place.
10. Reinstall the rear seat.
- Slide the seat back into place and hook it into the clips.
- Push down on the front of the seat to secure it.
