1. Open the hood of the vehicle.
2. Locate the radiator.
3. The coolant temperature sensor is located on the lower right side of the radiator.
4. It is a small, black sensor with a single wire connector.
5. The sensor is typically held in place by a bolt.
6. To remove the sensor, disconnect the wire connector and then remove the bolt.
7. Be careful not to drop the sensor into the radiator.
8. Once the sensor is removed, you can inspect it for damage or corrosion.
9. If the sensor is damaged, replace it with a new one.
10. To install the new sensor, simply insert it into the radiator and secure it with the bolt.
11. Reconnect the wire connector.
12. Close the hood of the vehicle.
