How do you change air filter on a 2008 Mazda 3?

Here are the steps on how to change the air filter on a 2008 Mazda 3:

1. Gather tools and materials:

* New air filter (check your owner's manual for the correct size)

* Flathead screwdriver

* Phillips head screwdriver

2. Open the hood:

* Pull the hood release lever located inside your vehicle near the driver's seat.

* Go to the front of the vehicle and lift the hood.

* Locate the hood prop and secure the hood in the open position.

3. Locate the air filter:

* The air filter housing is located on the top-right side of the engine bay, near the firewall.

* It's a black plastic box with a lid that says "AIR FILTER."

4. Remove the lid:

* Use the flat head screwdriver to pry open the lid of the air filter housing.

5. Remove the old filter:

* Lift out the old air filter.

6. Inspect the filter:

* Check the filter for dirt, debris, or damage. If the filter is clogged or damaged, replace it.

7. Install the new filter:

* Place the new filter into the air filter housing.

* Make sure the filter is seated properly.

8. Replace the lid:

* Replace the lid of the air filter housing and secure it using the flat head screwdriver.

9. Close the hood:
