1. Park your minivan in a shaded area and turn off the engine.
2. Open the hood of your minivan.
3. Locate the AC drain line. It is usually a small, black hose that runs from the evaporator core to the bottom of the van.
4. Follow the drain line to the bottom of the van. It will likely be near the firewall or under the front passenger seat.
5. If the drain line is clogged, you will see water backing up in the line or dripping onto the ground.
6. To unclog the drain line, use a wire coat hanger or a piece of stiff wire. Insert the wire into the drain line and push it through until it comes out the other end.
7. Once the drain line is clear, flush it with water to remove any debris.
8. Reattach the drain line to the evaporator core and close the hood of your minivan.
If you are unable to find the AC drain line, or if it is clogged and you are unable to unclog it, you will need to take your minivan to a qualified mechanic.
