2. Starter Motor/ Electrical Load: The other end of the positive battery cable connects to the starter motor or the electrical distribution system within the vehicle. In automotive applications, the starter motor draws a high amount of current when starting the engine. Hence, it requires a direct connection to the battery through the positive battery cable. Additionally, various electrical loads such as lights, accessories, ignition systems, etc., draw power from the positive battery cable and distribute it throughout the vehicle's electrical circuits.
