Where is the fuel filter on a 2006 Ford Freestar?

There is no fuel filter on a 2006 Ford Freestar. The fuel filter is built into the fuel pump module which is located inside the fuel tank. Replacing the fuel pump/filter requires dropping the fuel tank.
