Here are the detailed instructions on how to access the flasher relay:
1. Open the driver's side door.
2. Locate the fuse box cover on the lower left side of the dashboard.
3. Remove the fuse box cover.
4. Locate the turn signal flasher relay. It is a small, black box with a green connector.
5. Remove the turn signal flasher relay by gently pulling it out of its socket.
6. Replace the turn signal flasher relay with a new one.
7. Push the new turn signal flasher relay into the socket until it clicks into place.
8. Replace the fuse box cover.
