1987 Corvette and the power antenna go up or down but motor runs constantly so how do you stop from running other than disconnecting battery?

The Power Antenna Stop Switch

You can stop the antenna motor from running constantly even when the antenna is fully retracted by removing the power antenna stop switch harness near the rear of the drivers seat. Remove the harness wire nut and use electrical tape or disconnect the harness, then turn the ignition on and retract the power antenna. This should force the plastic antenna mast up into the body and stop the motor. Turn the ignition off and push the antenna tower mast down fully.
