1. Locate the keyless remote. It is usually located on the keychain with your car keys.
2. Press the small button on the side of the remote to release the key.
3. Pull the key out of the remote.
4. Turn the remote over and locate the small screw on the back.
5. Use a small Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screw.
6. Open the remote by carefully prying it open with your fingers or a small tool.
7. Inside the remote, you will see the battery. It is usually a small, round, silver battery.
8. Use your fingers or a small tool to remove the battery.
9. Insert the new battery into the remote, making sure that the positive (+) side of the battery is facing up.
10. Close the remote and replace the screw.
11. Test the remote to make sure it is working properly.

- Make sure that you have the correct type of battery. The type of battery required is usually listed on the back of the remote.
