1. Locate the battery compartment. It is usually located on the back of the key fob, under a small cover.
2. Use a small screwdriver or other pry tool to gently pry open the battery cover.
3. Remove the old battery from the compartment.
4. Insert the new battery into the compartment, making sure that the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals are facing the correct way.
5. Replace the battery cover and press it firmly until it snaps into place.
6. Test the key fob to make sure that it is working properly.
