How do you reset the Battery indicator light in a 1996 Saturn SL2 after I replaced battery?

1996 Saturn SL2 Battery Indicator Reset

1. Turn on the ignition but don't start the engine.

2. Push and hold the trip odometer reset button for at least 10 seconds.

3. You'll see the "Check Engine" light come on.

4. When you release the button the display should reset to the average fuel economy.

5. Start the engine and verify the battery light is no longer on.
