Where is the fuse for air conditioner on a 2004 Honda accord?

Fuse #20 (15A) in the under-dash fuse box.

The fuse box diagram on page 307 of the 2004 Honda Accord owner's manual shows that fuse #20 (15A) is responsible for the air conditioner. This fuse box is located under the dash, on the driver's side. It's covered by a plastic panel that can be removed by pressing the tab on the bottom of the panel and pulling it up.
