The fuel pump relay on a 2003 BMW 325i is located under the rear seat, on the passenger side. It is a small, black relay with a green connector. To access the relay, you must remove the seat cushion. Once the cushion is removed, you will see a black plastic cover on the bottom of the seat. Remove this cover to reveal the relays. The fuel pump relay is the one located in the bottom right corner of the panel.
