Instructions:
1. Lift up the bonnet of your Citroen Saxo 1.6VTR
2. Locate the clutch cable. It is a black cable that runs from the clutch pedal to the transmission.
3. Disconnect the clutch cable from the clutch pedal. There is a small metal clip that holds the cable in place. Use a flat-headed screwdriver to pry the clip off and then pull the cable out.
4. Disconnect the clutch cable from the transmission. There is another metal clip holding the cable in place. Use a pair of pliers to remove the clip and then pull the cable out.
5. Remove the old clutch cable from the car.
6. Install the new clutch cable. Start by inserting the cable into the transmission. Secure it with the metal clip.
7. Next, insert the cable into the clutch pedal. Secure it with the metal clip.
8. Test the clutch cable by pressing down on the clutch pedal. The cable should move smoothly and there should be no resistance.
9. Lower the bonnet of your Citroen Saxo 1.6VTR.
