7. Reconnect the service port caps. Once the desired refrigerant level is achieved, securely tighten the service port caps to prevent refrigerant leakage.
8. Test the A/C system. Turn off the engine, wait a few minutes, and then turn it back on. Set the A/C to maximum cooling and check if cold air is consistently coming out of the vents.
