Where is the turn signal flasher located on a 2001 Audi A6?

The turn signal flasher on a 2001 Audi A6 is located behind the fuse box in the left side of the trunk. To access the flasher, remove the fuse box cover and then remove the two screws that hold the flasher in place. Be careful not to drop the screws into the trunk, as they can be difficult to retrieve.
