The governors on a 49cc engine are located on the engine block, near the throttle body. They are usually held in place by two screws.
How do you take them out?
To take out the governors, you will need a screwdriver and a wrench.
1. First, use the screwdriver to remove the two screws that hold the governors in place.
2. Once the screws are removed, use the wrench to turn the governors counterclockwise until they are loosened and removed.
Be careful not to lose the springs and small components that may come out with the governor.
