The V-Star 650 oil dipstick is located on the right side of the engine, just below the cylinder head. It has a yellow handle and is marked with "OIL" in white letters.
To check the oil level, remove the dipstick, wipe it clean, and reinsert it into the engine. The oil level should be between the "F" and "L" marks on the dipstick.
2011 and Newer Models
