_1._ Turn the petcock to the _"Off" _Position
- To locate the petcock find where the fuel line connects just under your gas tank.
_2._ Place the dirt bike on a stand and remove the side covers.
_NOTE: There are 3 bolts that hold each number plate onto the bike._
- You will need to remove both Left and Right side covers in order to get to the seat bolts.
_3._ Loosen the two rear seat bolts.
_NOTE: You will still need the Allen wrench inserted in the bolt, but loosen it enough to spin it with your fingers_
- These are the bolts located under the seat
_4_. Lift up the rear of the seat and pull the front section of the seat out.
_NOTE: As you pull the front section of the seat out, use the Allen key to finish removing the bolts out from the under side of the seat. This may take some wiggling back and forth._
- Once done, your seat will come off.
_5._ Now you have the seat off.
