How do you remove a starter on rev tech motorcycle engine?

Removing the Starter

1. Disconnect the battery's negative terminal. This will prevent the engine from starting accidentally while you're working on it.

2. Drain the oil from the engine. This will make it easier to remove the starter.

3. Remove the starter's mounting bolts. There will typically be two or three bolts that hold the starter in place.

4. Remove the starter from the engine. Be careful not to drop it, as it is a heavy part.

5. Inspect the starter for damage. If there are any cracks or other damage, the starter will need to be replaced.

6. Reinstall the starter in reverse order of removal.

Note: If you are uncomfortable working on your own motorcycle, it is best to have a professional mechanic remove the starter for you.
