* Wrench set including open-end and combination wrenches
* Allen key set
* Pliers
* Screwdriver
* Exhaust lubricant
Instructions:
1. Run the ATV for a few minutes to warm the exhaust. This will make the exhaust bolts easier to remove.
2. Allow the ATV to cool down slightly, enough so that you can touch the exhaust without getting burned.
3. Locate the exhaust tip. The exhaust tip is the metal piece at the end of the exhaust system.
4. Use a combination wrench to loosen the bolts that hold the exhaust tip in place. There will be two bolts on either side of the exhaust tip.
5. Once the bolts are loose, use your hands to remove the exhaust tip.
6. Clean the mating surfaces of the exhaust and the exhaust tip with a wire brush.
7. Apply a thin layer of exhaust lubricant to the mating surfaces.
8. Reinstall the exhaust tip and bolts in reverse order of removal.
9. Tighten until snug and make sure they are securely fastened.
Once complete ensure the exhaust is securely attached and free from leaks.
