How do you remove speed governor on pw80?

Removing the speed governor on a Yamaha PW80 is not something that should be done unless you are a qualified mechanic. The speed governor is there for safety reasons and should not be tampered with unless you are confident that you know what you are doing.

Here are the steps on how to remove the speed governor on a Yamaha PW80, but again, this should not be done unless you are a qualified mechanic:

1. Turn off the ignition and disconnect the spark plug.

2. Remove the air filter cover.

3. Locate the throttle cable.

4. Disconnect the throttle cable from the carburetor.

5. Remove the fuel tank.

6. Remove the carburetor.

7. Locate the speed governor. It is a small black box with two wires connected to it.

8. Disconnect the two wires from the speed governor.

9. Remove the speed governor.

10. Reassemble the carburetor and reinstall it in the bike.

11. Reinstall the fuel tank and connect the throttle cable to the carburetor.

12. Reconnect the spark plug and turn on the ignition.

This should now remove the speed governor from the bike. However, again, this should only be done by a qualified mechanic.
