Where is the fuel cut off switch for a 1996 Chrysler Concorde?

There isn't a readily accessible, easily-located fuel cutoff switch on a 1996 Chrysler Concorde like you might find on some other vehicles (e.g., a manually operated switch in the passenger compartment).
