The low oil pressure shut-down is handled automatically by the engine's computer (Powertrain Control Module or PCM). If the oil pressure drops below a critical level, the PCM detects this via a sensor and will shut down the engine to prevent catastrophic damage. There's no user-accessible switch involved in this process.
