What is a stroked motor?

A stroked motor refers to an internal combustion engine that has had its crankshaft modified to increase the stroke length. The stroke is the distance the piston travels from top dead center (TDC) to bottom dead center (BDC). By lengthening the stroke, the engine's displacement increases, resulting in more power and torque, especially at lower RPMs. This is achieved by using a crankshaft with longer throw connecting rods.

Essentially, you're making the piston travel farther up and down inside the cylinder for each revolution of the crankshaft. This is a common modification in performance tuning.
