There isn't a single "low side" and "high side" location that applies to all Windstars. The low-side and high-side ports are located on the A/C compressor and are accessed by removing the access panel(s) covering the compressor to ensure safe and efficient refrigerant handling.
Important Safety Note: Working with automotive air conditioning systems requires specialized tools and knowledge. Refrigerant R-134a is under pressure and can cause serious injury if handled improperly. Improper handling can also damage the environment. It's strongly recommended that you take your Windstar to a qualified automotive technician for any A/C service.
