Can you drive a grand prix supercharger without the belt?

No, you absolutely cannot drive a Grand Prix supercharger (or any supercharger for that matter) without the belt. The belt is what drives the supercharger. Without it, the supercharger won't spin and therefore won't compress air, rendering it completely useless. Attempting to drive the car will likely result in very poor performance and could even damage the engine.
