Where does the hose on radiator cap go a 1970 GTO?

On a 1970 Pontiac GTO, the hose from the radiator cap doesn't go *to* anywhere in the traditional sense. Instead, it's the overflow hose. It connects the radiator cap to the overflow tank (often a separate, smaller tank, sometimes integrated into the radiator support). This hose allows coolant to escape from the radiator system if the pressure builds up too high due to overheating. When the system cools and pressure drops, the coolant is drawn back into the radiator through the same hose.
