Where is the throttle cable on a 2001 Ford F350 diesel?

On a 2001 Ford F350 diesel (likely a 7.3L Powerstroke), the throttle cable isn't directly connected to the engine like in a gasoline engine. Instead, the 7.3L Powerstroke uses an electronic throttle control (ETC) system. There's no physical throttle cable.
