Diagnostic Steps
1. Visually inspect the spark plug wires and ignition coil for any signs of damage or corrosion. If any are found, replace them.
2. Remove the spark plugs and check them for any signs of wear or damage. If any are found, replace them.
3. Test the fuel injectors to make sure they are functioning properly. If any are not, replace them.
4. Check for any vacuum leaks in the intake system. If any are found, seal them.
5. Clean the throttle body.
6. Test the oxygen sensor to make sure it is functioning properly. If it is not, replace it.
If you have tried all of these steps and you are still getting the code P0300, you may need to take your vehicle to a qualified mechanic for further diagnosis.
