When oil pump in car is broke will start?

An oil pump is a critical component in a car's engine. If it fails, the engine will not start and may serious engine damage.

The oil pump is responsible for circulating oil through the engine to lubricate the moving parts. Without oil, the engine will quickly seize and destroy itself.

Here's what happens when an oil pump fails:

1. The oil pressure in the engine drops.

2. The oil pressure sensor detects the low pressure and sends a signal to the Engine Control Unit (ECU).

3. The ECU turns on the oil pressure warning light on the dashboard.

4. If the oil pressure is not restored, the engine will eventually seize.

It is important to note that an oil pump failure is a serious problem and should be addressed immediately. Ignoring an oil pressure warning light can lead to catastrophic engine damage.
