1. Park your car on a level surface and turn off the engine.
2. Locate the steering wheel adjustment mechanism. On most Volkswagens, this is a lever located under the steering wheel.
3. Pull the steering wheel adjustment lever towards you and hold it in that position.
4. While holding the lever, turn the steering wheel until it is in the desired position.
5. Release the steering wheel adjustment lever.
The steering wheel should now be in the straight position. If it is not, you can repeat steps 3-5 until it is.
Note: If the steering wheel is still not straight after following these steps, there may be a problem with the alignment of your car. In this case, you should take your car to a qualified mechanic for inspection.
