1. Park the motorcycle on a level surface and turn off the engine. Allow the engine to cool down completely.
2. Locate the oil jug. The oil jug is a small, cylindrical container located on the right side of the motorcycle, just below the fuel tank.
3. Remove the oil fill plug. The oil fill plug is located on the top of the oil jug. Use a 17mm wrench to loosen and remove the plug.
4. Drain the oil. Place an oil drain pan under the oil jug and allow the oil to drain completely.
5. Remove the oil jug. Once the oil has drained, you can remove the oil jug by unscrewing it from the motorcycle frame. Use a 12mm wrench to loosen the bolts that hold the oil jug in place.
6. Clean the oil jug. Clean the oil jug thoroughly with soap and water. Rinse it well and allow it to dry completely.
7. Replace the oil filter. If you are changing the oil, you should also replace the oil filter. The oil filter is located behind the oil jug. Use a 24mm wrench to loosen and remove the oil filter. Apply a thin coat of new oil to the gasket of the new oil filter and screw it into place.
8. Replace the oil jug. Once the oil filter has been replaced, you can replace the oil jug. Screw the oil jug into the motorcycle frame and tighten the bolts.
9. Reinstall the oil fill plug. Reinstall the oil fill plug and tighten it securely.
10. Add new oil to the motorcycle. Use a funnel to add new oil to the motorcycle through the oil fill hole. Add the amount of oil specified in your motorcycle's owner's manual.
11. Check the oil level. Start the motorcycle and let it run for a few minutes. Then, check the oil level using the dipstick. The oil level should be between the "full" and "add" marks on the dipstick.
12. Enjoy your ride!
