1. Locate the air cleaner box on the left side of the motorcycle, just below the fuel tank.
2. Remove the two screws that secure the air cleaner box cover.
3. Lift the air cleaner box cover off to expose the air filter.
4. Remove the old air filter from the air cleaner box.
5. Inspect the air filter for dirt and debris. If the air filter is dirty, replace it with a new one.
6. Reinstall the new air filter in the air cleaner box.
7. Reinstall the air cleaner box cover and secure it with the two screws.
