1. Turn off the engine and let it cool completely.
2. Open the seat of the ATV and locate the carburetor.
3. On the left side of the carburetor, you will see a screw labeled "Idle Speed."
4. Turn the screw clockwise to increase the idle speed, and counterclockwise to decrease the idle speed.
5. Make small adjustments and allow the engine to idle for a few minutes between adjustments.
6. Once the desired idle speed is achieved, hold for 30 seconds, the tighten lock nut.
7. Replace the seat and start the engine.
8. Check the idle speed and make any necessary final adjustments.
