How do you check the oil level on a 2004 Electra glide classic?

To check the oil level on a 2004 Electra Glide Classic:

1. Ensure the bike is parked on flat ground and the engine has been off for a few minutes. This will allow the oil to settle down into the oil sump, providing an accurate reading.

2. Remove the oil dipstick. The oil dipstick is located on the right side of the engine crankcase, near the rear. It is a long, thin metal rod with a yellow handle.

3. Wipe off the dipstick with a clean cloth. This will remove any excess oil from the dipstick, ensuring an accurate reading.

4. Insert the dipstick back into the oil fill hole. Make sure the dipstick is fully inserted.

5. Remove the dipstick and check the oil level. The oil level should be between the two marks on the dipstick. If the oil level is low, add oil through the oil fill hole.

6. Replace the dipstick. Make sure the dipstick is fully inserted and tight.
