Where is the oxygen sensor loacted on a 2000 Volvo S40 turbo?

There are two oxygen sensors on the Volvo S40.

Here are their locations:

O2 sensor (upstream/before cat.)

- Behind the engine.

- Between the firewall and the right driveshaft.

- Installed into the exhaust manifold by one retaining bolt.

- Has one electrical connector with blue or blue and white connector wires.

O2 sensor (downstream/after cat.)

- In front of the transmission.

- Connected to bottom of exhaust system to the end of the catalytic converter.

- Secured with two bolts, one nut and a clamp bracket.

- Has one electrical connector with red and black connector wires.
