1. Turn the ignition to the "OFF" position.
2. Locate the fuel cut-off switch. It is usually located near the battery or in the engine compartment.
3. Press the fuel cut-off switch and hold it for a few seconds.
4. Release the fuel cut-off switch and turn the ignition back to the "ON" position.
The fuel cut-off switch should now be reset and the car should be able to start.
