Time needed: Approximately 2-3 hours per side
Tools required:
* Socket set
* Wrench set
* Jack and jack stands
* Spring compressors
* Safety glasses
Instructions:
1. Park your car on a level surface and apply the parking brake.
2. Loosen the lug nuts on the wheels that you will be working on.
3. Jack up the car and remove the wheels.
4. Locate the shock absorbers. They are located on the inside of the wheel wells.
5. Remove the nuts and bolts that hold the shock absorbers in place.
6. Use a spring compressor to compress the springs. This will make it easier to remove the shock absorbers.
7. Remove the old shock absorbers and install the new ones.
8. Tighten the nuts and bolts that hold the shock absorbers in place.
9. Reinstall the springs and wheels.
10. Lower the car and tighten the lug nuts.
