Instructions:
1. Loosen the lug nuts on the front driver's side wheel.
2. Jack up the car and secure it with a jack stand.
3. Remove the front driver's side wheel.
4. Remove the splash guard behind the wheel.
5. Locate the timing belt cover. It is a black plastic cover located at the front of the engine, just below the water pump.
6. Remove the timing belt cover. There are four 10mm bolts that hold it in place.
7. Turn the crankshaft pulley clockwise until the timing mark on the pulley lines up with the timing mark on the oil pump.
8. Loosen the tensioner pulley bolt. The tensioner pulley is located on the left side of the timing belt cover.
9. Slide the timing belt off of the pulleys.
10. Install the new timing belt. Start by routing it around the crankshaft pulley and then up around the camshaft pulleys.
11. Tighten the tensioner pulley bolt.
12. Turn the crankshaft pulley clockwise two full revolutions.
13. Re-check the timing marks.
14. Install the timing belt cover.
15. Replace the splash guard.
16. Replace the front driver's side wheel.
17. Lower the car off of the jack stand and remove the jack stand.
You successfully replaced the timing belt on your 1993 Dodge Stealth RT non-turbo.
