1. Locate the bonnet release lock inside your car.
This is usually located near the driver's footwell, beneath the dashboard.
2. Insert a pry tool, flathead screwdriver, or other suitable object into the bonnet release lock.
Look for a small hole or slot in the lock mechanism where you can insert the tool.
3. Press down or slide the pry tool until you hear the bonnet release.
The bonnet latch should now be unlocked.
4. Push the bonnet up gently from the outside.
The bonnet should pop up slightly, allowing you to fully open it.
5. Secure the bonnet with the bonnet prop.
This is located on the driver's side of the engine compartment.
Note: If the bonnet lever is broken, you should have it repaired as soon as possible to avoid any safety risks.
