* A Phillips head screwdriver
* A flat head screwdriver
* A 10 amp fuse
* A pair of needle nose pliers
* Electrical tape
1. Remove the ashtray by pulling it straight out of the dash.
2. Remove the two Phillips head screws holding the cigarette lighter assembly in place.
3. Pull the cigarette lighter assembly out of the dash.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the back of the cigarette lighter.
5. Use a flat head screwdriver to pry the old fuse out of the fuse holder.
6. Insert the new 10 amp fuse into the fuse holder.
7. Reattach the electrical connector to the back of the cigarette lighter.
8. Insert the cigarette lighter assembly into the dash and secure it with the two Phillips head screws.
9. Replace the ashtray.
The fuse for the cigarette lighter is located in the fuse box under the dash. The fuse box is labelled "Fuse Box" and is located on the passenger side of the car. The fuse for the cigarette lighter is the 10 amp fuse labelled "Cig Lighter".
